Christmas Markets!

Christmas is upon us, and in true festive spirit Quick Cookies have been selling their limited edition Christmas range!

This is the Quick Cookies stall at the St. Bartholomews Christmas fair! We had a great day selling our new limited edition Christmas Snowball Special bag, along with a few of our other favourites. We included some new additions such as, Quick Pops as well as selling some old classics, such as The Choco Chip.

Quick Cookies are launching their Christmas limited edition collection!

Come and join us at the St Bartholomew's Christmas fair to celebrate the season with the new festive arrivals to our cookie bags! 

Quick Cookies ~ How to make?

For a quick treat why not try a Quick Cookies bag? We decided to show you how hassle free it is to make these delicious cookies(and so we could eat them afterwards!)


Step1~Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Pour all of the ingredients from the Quick Cookie bag into a large bowl.

Step2~Add 100g of butter (soft or at room temperature) and one large egg to the bowl.

Step3~Mix together until a dough is formed.

Step4~Roll the dough into 12 equal balls and flatten slightly with  your fingertips, pop onto a baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden in colour.












And there you have it, 4 easy steps to 12 tasty home baked cookies! The only hard part is trying not to eat them all at once, unfortunately we didn't manage this.
